Workshop on Advocacy Case Study is Held in Vladivostok
On October 26, Irina Lindberg, USAID Program Representative in the Russian Far East, attended a workshop conducted by MSI's USAID-funded "Our Rights" program and aimed at informing the participants on real advocacy cases in Primorye and Khabarovsky regions. The Advocacy case studies were presented by the Chairwoman of Artyom Entrepreneurs' Council, the Chairwoman of "The League of Trading Businessmen", the Vladivostok I.S.A.R Resource Center, and the Khabarovsk public organization "Initiative Plus" experts. Active discussions focused on the advocacy cases from Amursk (Khabarovsky region) and Shkotovo municipality in Primorye. The "Our Rights" program staff also provided information on the second Advocacy Small Grants competition announced on October 12, 2007.
