What’s new?: Appointment System for American Citizen Services

The U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok has introduced an Appointment System for all services, including passport renewals (and passport extra pages), birth registrations, notarial services, adoption pre-processing interview and general inquiries. Please make your appointment before you visit the Consular section.  Appointments may be made at any time via the link below or by phone 7 (4232)30-00-70. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 14:00 to 16:30, Friday from 10:00 to 12:00.

Most Americans find their stay in Russia, whether a few days or several years, rewarding and exciting. The United States Consulate General in Vladivostok provides a variety of services and stands ready to assist U.S. citizens on a variety of matters. We encourage Americans traveling or residing in Russia ro register with the Consulate. This can be done online via the Internet Based Registration System (IBRS).

Monday-Thursday 14:00-16:30, Friday 10:00-12:00. The U.S. Consulate is closed on all Russian and American holidays.
