General Information and Hours of Operation

Welcome. Most Americans find their stay in Russia, whether a few days or several years, rewarding and exciting. The United States Consulate General in Vladivostok provides a variety of services and stands ready to assist U.S. citizens on a variety of matters. We encourage Americans traveling or residing in Russia ro register with the Consulate. This can be done online via the Internet Based Registration System (IBRS).

The information on this website is designed to help you understand the types of assistance we offer and provide some useful information which may help you during a stay in Russia. The links to the left will take you to detailed information about our services.

Please keep in mind that any information provided about services offered by the Russian government or other organizations is subject to change without notice. American citizens are invited to contact the Consulate General in person, by telephone (4232) 30 00 70 or by e-mail (vladcons@state.gov) with specific questions.

Monday-Thursday 14:30-16:30, Friday 09:00-16:30. The U.S. Consulate is closed on all Russian and American holidays.
