Vladivostok Consul General Discusses Globalization with Local Youth

U.S. Consul General makes a presentation at VGUES.	Vladivostok students discuss globalization with U.S. Consul General.

On April 3, Vladivostok CG Tom Armbruster gave a presentation on Globalization for over 80 students of Vladivostok State University of Economics and Services (VGUES). Regular meetings of Consul General with youth provide an opportunity to share U.S. government views on global processes and international policy development with future leaders. These events serve as a great tool both for students and diplomats to openly discuss hot issues of U.S. foreign policy, U.S. relations with Russia, and to break cultural stereotypes, thus contributing to mutual understanding and expanding horizons for future cooperation.
