U.S. Consul General Welcomes USAID-funded "LIDER" Program

On April 14, U.S. Consul General Tom Armbruster and USAID representative Irina Lindberg joined participants of the USAID-funded LIDER program at a "Start-up Conference and Youth Programs Showcase" in Khabarovsk. In his greetings, Tom Armbruster welcomed youth activists and applauded their efforts in promoting active and healthy lifestyle throughout the RFE. Winrock International was the host of the event.
