Municipal Community Alliances Program puts together local leaders in Mukhen Settlement of Lazo District in Khabarovsky Kray.

On April 16, Irina Lindberg, USAID RFE representative, joined participants of events conducted by the NGO "Green House" under the auspices of the USAID-funded "Municipal Community Alliances Program" (MuCAP) in Khabarovsky Kray. The program events included training workshops on social partnerships and teambuilding, as well as a roundtable, addressing youth participation in the settlement's development. The event brought together leaders and other representatives of the regional focus settlements, local mass media, program grantees, and trainers from the affiliated resource centers.
