American Consulate in Vladivostok Encourages Blooming Artistic Talent
On November 21, PAO Gersten welcomed young artists at the opening ceremony of the student art show organized by Primorye State Picture Gallery. Two of the Consulate’s long-term partners—the Far Eastern Arts Academy and the Primorye State Gallery—jointly hosted the exhibit of the fine arts students’ works to encourage local young talent. Other representatives of the local diplomatic corps greeted over 60 participants, lending the event an air of international recognition and encouragement for young artists. The event served as an excellent youth outreach and promoted mutual understanding between cultures.
