Vladivostok Consul General Welcomes Civic Initiatives
On November 28, Vladivostok Consul General Tom Armbruster welcomed participants and organizers of the new project "Support Of Civil Society Development Through Increasing Youth Literacy Level" launched by the Far Eastern Center for Economic Education within the national project "Education" with the support of the Small Grants program of the U.S. Embassy in Russia. The project is aimed at raising interest among Russian youth in learning more about human rights and at the improvement of human rights education in schools and colleges.
