Consular Section Contact Information
The Consular section is open Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 with a lunch break from 13:00-14:00. (Vladivostok is 15 hours ahead of EST/EDST)
The U.S. Consulate is closed on all Russian and American holidays.
