English Language Fellow (ELF) program

The English Language Fellow (ELF) program provides qualified English language teaching professionals to institutions and universities for an academic year. Currently, Russia hosts Senior Fellows who work with teachers and professors of all levels, according to the needs in their community. They consult on curriculum development and materials design and present seminars on methodology, with a special focus on American Studies. Fellows also travel extensively to give seminars, participate in conferences, and consult on projects. ELF works closely with the English Language Office in the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and awith  the Public Affairs Section at the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok on programs that support English studies and English instruction.
