Public Affairs Section

The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok promotes mutual understanding between Russians and Americans and explains U.S. policy, government, society and culture to the Russian public. It is responsible for cultural, educational, exchange and other programs, information dissemination, and relations with the press. It also works with American NGOs that implement various State Department-funded programs, and with the four American Corners in the Russian Far East.
