Consulate Representatives Meet with Young Rotarians
On August 30th, Management Officer Patricia Miller and Public Affair Officer Sylva Etian welcomed the new participants of the Rotary Youth Exchange Program, and introduced them to the services offered by the U.S. Consulate in Vladivostok. Young adults from USA, France, Brazil, will be spending an entire year living with Russian families, and going to local high schools in Irkutsk, Nakhodka, Vladivostok and other cities throughout the Russian Far East.
