USAID Partners in Primorye Share Their Lessons Learned and Future Plans with Consulate Staff

A round table with USAID partners was hosted by the Consul General on December 11th. 14 partners from 10 entities in Primorye (such as the New Eurasia Foundation, ISAR-DV, American Bar Association, Pacific Coalition of NGOs, Anti-Corruption Coalition, Microfinancing Association and others) shared their experiences in a wide variety of USAID-funded projects. Projects ranged from Democratic Initiatives, to Health and Good Governance. The recently launched USAID-funded project on establishing a Regional Hepatitis Reference Laboratory in Primorskiy Kray was also presented by specialists from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from Atlanta (USA) and Nizhni Novgorod. Partners stressed that it was a good opportunity for them to catch up on the most recent achievements and share lessons learned, as well as discuss their sustainability and future plans.
