U.S. Consul General Welcomes Entrepreneurship Ideas of Primorye Youth

On July 11, U.S. Consul General Tom Armbruster and USAID Representative in the RFE Irina Lindberg joined over 20 participants of USAID-funded Summer School "Development of Youth Entrepreneurship" in Vladivostok. This three-day event was organized by the Far Eastern Center of Civil Initiatives and Social Partnership within USAID's "LIDER" program administered by Winrock International. In his greetings and follow-up discussions Consul General stressed the importance of youth activism in entrepreneurship development. Mr.Armbruster also organized a "U.S.-Russian Space" exercise to encourage the participants to work together, share information, and highlight U.S.-Russian cooperation.
