Designated Fees for Visa Application and Issuance
The nonimmigrant visa application fee is also known as the "Machine Readable Visa" or MRV fee. Some categories of visas also require an additional fee known as the reciprocity fee.
The worldwide nonimmigrant application fee is $131, payable in cash or in Russian rubles. This fee affects all applicants regardless of nationality or place of application. This application fee is non-refundable. This fee should be submitted to Pony Express at the time the application is turned in for delivery to the Consulate.
- There is no additional fee for all F, J, and M student/exchange visas.
- There is no additional charge for a 12-month multiple entry visa.
- The 24-month multiple entry visa reciprocity fee is $100. This is in addition to the $131 MRV fee.
- There is no additional fee for a 24-month multiple entry visa for air crews.
