Welcome. Most Americans find their stay in Russia, whether a few
days or several years, rewarding and exciting. The United States
Consulate General in Vladivostok provides a variety of services
and stands ready to assist U.S. citizens on a variety of matters.
We encourage Americans traveling or residing in Russia ro register
with the Consulate. This can be done online via the Internet
Based Registration System (IBRS).

the types of assistance we offer and provide some useful information
which may help you during a stay in Russia. The links to the left

offered by the Russian government or other organizations is subject
